Our story

My little sleepy was founded in 2003 by Asta Magnusdottir, a native of Iceland, now living in Los Angeles, California. Like most young mothers, Asta saw the need to protect her baby from germs and other health risks in the many places the two of them would go, and, being creative, she decided to make her own products, such as shopping cart seat covers, nap sets, and play space blankets. Over time, other mothers began to notice Asta’s products and wanted them for their own babies. Thus started My little sleepy, out of Asta’s proverbial garage.

My little sleepy Is dedicated to creating, and locally manufacturing beautiful, comfortable and considerate products for infants and toddlers, that help protect the child from dirt and germs, yet lessening the use of antimicrobial and antibacterial products in various forms, therefore strengthening their own process of building a strong healthy immune system.

OUR OBJECTIVES ARE SIMPLE:

To create high-quality, useful, trendy & chic products that make daily life easier and more pleasant for parents and their children.

To create family-friendly products that makes taking kids into foreign environments less stressful for parents and their children.

To provide children with their own clean environment wherever they might be, without the need for antibacterial agents.

To be a super friendly and easy company to deal with.

OUR POLICY

We are here to make your shopping experience truly pleasurable. We The Babies stands behind all of its products. Please contact us for assistance or with any questions you may have.

RETURN POLICY

We The Babies wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find that your order doesn’t meet with you expectations for any reason, contact us and we’ll credit you’re account, no questions asked. Just repack it and send it back to us. That’s our policy. Of course, there are one or two exceptions. We are unable to accept return of custom-made or personalized items and all returns must be received within 14 days of purchase.

The item must be returned in saleable, unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact. We do not assume responsibility for damages that may occur during return shipment. So please make sure you use adequate packaging, and we recommend that you insure the package for your own protection.

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Any credits or refunds will be applied to the credit card used at time of purchase.

We do not issue cash refunds. If you find that you need to return or exchange an item, we ask that you contact us by email Customerservice@mylittlesleepy.com

Exchanges are handled the same as returns A refund will be issued to your credit card once we receive the original item in good condition.

Customized or Personalized Product Returns We are unable to accept return of custom-made or personalized items. However, if you have a problem with any personalized or custom-made item, please contact Customerservice@mylittlesleepy.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

Shipping Policy We The Babies ships all orders via Priority Mail® Standard items (anything that does not require personalization) ship in 3-5 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days on all personalized items. When making a purchase from us on line we use a standard shipping rate.
